Your Teachers.

Eva was born in Sri Lanka and raised in Germany. She studied political science, sociology, and contemporary dance besides Yoga. On her first visit to the county of her origin Sri Lanka, almost two decades ago, through her stay in a buddhist Meditation Centre, she found the Art and practice of Yoga. In late 2015 she co-founded Sri Yoga Shala. Her classes aspire to foster re-connection, recalibration and realignment of our bodies, minds and hearts and to find a sense of nurturing and home within rather than outside of ourselves. Her focus is heart centred movement and stillness, with the guidance, observation and exploration of our breaths. Eva is certified with E-RYT 500+hrs by Yoga Alliance.
